Chicken Ghee Roast - - for the starters...:)

Ingredients:

1 Kg Chicken (cut into pieces)

To be Ground:

1/4 cup Lime Juice

1 tbsp Jeera

1" Cinnamon

4 Cloves

15 red long Chilles

Little water

Salt to taste

Ghee for frying

Method:

Marinate the chicken in the above paste for 2 hrs. Then in a pan put some pure ghee and put this marinated chicken and cook till the gravy becomes thick. See that it does not get fully dry.
